We’re looking for people to join our team who are as excited as we are to build high performance affordable homes, and bring our aging homes in to the modern world using sustainable building practices that include responsible product sourcing, local trade and vendor partnerships, leading edge building science, thoughtful design and good old hard work.
We are a Worker-Owned Cooperative and as such, each new employee represents the opportunity for Our Coop to grow and for our employees to become member-owners, sharing equally in financial proceeds, ownership responsibility and Coop Governance through board membership.
Our community sustains us as individuals and families, business owners and community members. We give at least 10% of our profits back to the community in the form of direct volunteer labor, community organization membership and cold hard cash. All of our employees and member-owners are encouraged and supported to spend volunteer time in our community in a way that is meaningful to them.
