There’s a lot to be thankful for…

If you live in Whatcom County like we do, there’s a lot to be thankful for. It’s an amazing spot with amazing people.

But there are some people out there who need our help. And our new nonprofit A1andAll is focused on providing that help. With your participation, we can make this happen, and truly impact the community around us.

Past Projects:

Here are some projects we've completed, and 2 that are in the works:

  • The U-Pick Greenhouse Rebuild was our chance to contribute to Tierra Y Libertad, a worker-owned farm that produces blueberries, raspberries, and strawberries using all organic and sustainable farming practices in an equitable and just workplace with fair wages, free of exploitation.

  • The Bike Kiosk, which is a spot where anyone in our community can come and fix their bike.

  • The Food Pantry Boxes Project we built for the Birchwood Neighborhood, which suffers from lack of food purchasing options with the closure of Albertson’s. Read the article in Whatcom Talk here.

 Upcoming Projects:

We have two upcoming projects in the works:

  • Our great partnership with Whatcom Million Trees is resulting in us teaming up with them to build the Planted Forest teaching kiosk, a great partnership with WMT that continues to grow.

  • As a follow-up to the Food Pantry boxes A1 built (see above), we reached back out to see if any pantries needed repairs or replacement. We are working on replacing the damaged ones now with these.

We’re just getting started.
